Why Pilates?
Pilates is a system of mind/body exercises that evolved from the principles of Joe Pilates. Pilates strengthens and tones the entire body with a special emphasis on developing and strengthening the core postural muscles.
Pilates also improves spinal mobility, overall balance, increases coordination, and reduces stress.
