24 Hour Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made with at least 24 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a full session charge.
If I cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, you will receive a free session or class if you were signed up that day.
Attire
Women
Yoga pants, capris, or longer yoga type shorts (close fitting and nothing too short)
Sports bra or sport top. Form fitted shirt or jacket (nothing too loose or baggy)
No jewelry. Long hair tied up or back.
Men
Sweat/sports pants or gym shorts (bike shorts required under gym shorts)
T shirt (nothing too loose or baggy).
COVID Policy
"In-Person" clients will be required to show proof of being 2 weeks or more beyond receiving their full vaccination. No exceptions. Masks will not be required.
All equipment is fully cleaned with Clorox wipes following appointments.
